RIKS library integration

If the school uses the RIKS library information system, it is now possible for students and school staff to see in their news feed which documents have been borrowed from the school library and the deadline for returning them.

Similar information goes to the class teacher on the <Classes> page, under the list of journals. This list can also be opened by the school headmaster.
