Who can you start a new conversation with (according to your role in eKool)
The rights of participants in a conversation depend on your role in eKool. Here is an overview of who you can start a new conversation with:
Students
- other students in their class(es)
- their class teacher
- their teachers, if the school has given permission (parents and students can start a conversation with teachers)
- their school's eKool administrator
Parents
- Parents of students in your child's class(es)
- Your child's class teacher
- Your child's teachers, if the school has given permission (parents and students can start conversations with teachers)
- Your school's eKool administrator
Teachers
- teachers
- school staff
- with eKool administrators
- with students who you teach and their parents
Class teachers
- teachers
- school staff
- eKool administrators
- with students in your class and their parents
Management / Chat participant
- Teachers
- School staff
- eKool administrators
- Students and their parents
School staff
You can only start a conversation if you have been assigned the role of Chat participant by the school's eKool administrator.
Attention!
Chat participant role has the same rights in eKool Messaging as the school management role (this role is assigned by the school's eKool administrator).
