Cancelling Family Premium subscription

When your child graduates from school, you want to cancel your subscription to the Family Premium. You can do this from your eKool page or through the app store. Cancelling the package means that the next automatic payment will not be made. The service can be used until the period ends.

Good to know!

Ending the trial period is done in the same way as cancelling a Family Premium subscription.

 

 

Web

To unsubscribe, you need to navigate to the Family Premium page.

  • Press the Manage subscription button
  • A new window will open displaying your order details
  • To cancel an order, click the Cancel Plan button
  • Confirm your request with the Cancel plan button, if necessary the process can be Cancelled
  • When an order is cancelled, you will immediately see the message Cancelled on the page
  • If you go back to the eKool Family Premium page, the subscription will also be marked as Cancelled , indicating that the subscription has been ended

This action stops the automatic payments that would otherwise take place after the expiry of the Family Premium period. This package is valid until the end of the period.

Android

If you subscribe to a Family Premium through the eKool app, you can cancel it yourself and request a refund from Google Play.

  • Find your profile in the Google Play store
  • Click Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions 
  • Find your eKool subscription
  • Press Cancel subscription
  • Follow Google Play instructions

The order cancellation will be marked as Cancelled, on the eKool order.

How to apply for a refund: Google Play

To make a refund, you need to go to the Google Play Refunds page and follow the instructions.

iOS

If you subscribe to a Family Premium through the eKool app, you can cancel it yourself and request a refund from the AppStore.

  • Open your AppStore settings
  • By clicking on your name, you can select Subscriptions
    The Subscriptions button in Settings on iPhone.
  • Find your eKool subscription
  • Click on the Cancel subscription button. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If the button is missing or you see an expiry date in red, the subscription has already been cancelled.

How to apply for a refund: AppStore

For Apple AppStore refunds, go to reportaproblem.apple.com

  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Click the button below to add the "I'd like to," then click "Request a refund."

  • Select an app, subscription or other product, then click Submit. If you've paid for an order you no longer want, there's also an option to cancel the order on this page.
