Participating in a conversation

Conversation types

Each participant can manage how conversations are displayed in their mailbox. These options are located in the conversation settings menu.

Each participant in a conversation has the right to manage it in their own mailbox. These are accessible via the icon i Edit conversation info.

Clear conversation: messages in the conversation will be deleted only for the user who selected to clear them. The messages will remain for other participants
Leave conversation: each participant can remove themselves from the conversation using the user selection
Delete conversation: you can delete the contents of the conversation for yourself
Mute conversation: disable notifications when new messages are added to this conversation
Archive conversation: the conversation is moved from active conversations to the archive, only for your own user. The conversation can be found using the search filter. If new messages are added to the conversation, it will not be made active again.
Download conversation: a file is created from the conversation, which opens in a new browser tab and can be saved from there
