Account notifications
You can customize how you receive notifications from eKool to stay updated on important activities like new messages or system alerts.
Security notifications
Security notifications are mandatory and cannot be turned off. These include alerts about logins, account access, or other important system events.

They are sent to your verified email address or phone number (SMS) — make sure your contact details are up to date in Account & profile.

- From top right open My Profile -> Notifications
- Under New messages, choose how often you want to receive updates
Managing Family Premium notifications
The settings for notification in Family Premium can be configured by each Family Premium member. The owner and members of the package can set their own email and push notifications.
Available notification types:

- From top right open My Profile -> Notifications
- Scroll to the Family Premium notifications section
- Use the checkboxes to turn notifications on or off for Email and Mobile app (where available)
Push notifications need to be allowed in your phone’s settings to appear on the lock screen.
