Resolving Login Issues (Mobile-ID, Smart-ID, ID Card)

Having trouble logging in to eKool? Here’s how to fix common problems with Mobile-ID, Smart-ID, and ID card login.

Mobile-ID not working?

If you're not receiving the code or the login fails:

  • Make sure your phone has network coverage
  • Restart your phone or switch airplane mode on/off
  • Check that your Mobile-ID account is active and PINs are correct
  • Try Mobile-ID login on other sites

Smart-ID not working?

If you're not receiving the code or the login fails:

  • Check if you have the newest version of the Smart-ID application
  • Make sure your phone has network coverage.
  • Be sure you don't have Smart-ID interfering applications or anti virus software's on your phone
  • If your phone is using the wrong date and time  you might see an error message
  • Try Smart-ID on other sites

ID card not working?

  • Make sure your ID card reader is connected.
  • Open ID software and check card detection.
  • Check if your browser is configured correctly
  • Check that the certificates have not expired
