Additional login methods
eKool allows users to link their eKool accounts to third party service provider. The service is available for Google, Microsoft and Eliis account holder. This login option is an alternative to traditional password-based authentication.
By linking their eKool account to Google, Microsoft or Eliis, users can enjoy the convenience of quick login, eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords. These login methods simplify access to the account, save time and support security by using strong authentication protocols from third-party providers.

Linking an existing eKool account to a Google, Microsoft or Eliis account.
- Open Profile page
- Choose Password and security
- Choose the account you wish to link: Google, MS or Eliis.
- Click on Connect and Yes, connect.
- You will then be redirected to the page for the selected enivronment. There you will need to confirm which account you wish to connect to eKool.
If you wish to disconnect your account, this can be done on the same page in eKool.
Logging in to eKool with a Google or Microsoft account
- On the eKool login page, select the button with the Google or Microsoft logo.
- You will be redirected to the Google or Microsoft accounts menu, where you will be asked to select an account linked to eKool or sign in to an existing account.
- Select the correct account that is linked to eKool.
- A two-factor authentication (2FA) code will be sent to the user's email address, which must be entered in eKool. The user can choose to trust the given device (within 30 days the 2FA code does not need to be entered anymore) or not.
Logging in to eKool with your Eliis account
- On the eKool login page, select the button with the Eliis logo.
- You will be redirected to the Eliis page where you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and password and click the Log in button.
- After logging in to Eliis, the user will be redirected back to the eKool page.
- The user's email address will be sent a two-factor authentication (2FA) code, which must be entered in eKool. The user can choose to trust the given device (within 30 days the 2FA code does not need to be entered anymore) or not.
