Changing grades in the study book report card

In the study book, you can change the connections between grades:

• curriculum
• subject
• course
• academic year

The grade value cannot be changed.

What can be changed?

You can change:

• the connection between the grade and the curriculum (subject and course)
• the connection between the grade received from another school and the subject in the curriculum
• the connection between the subject and course of grades transferred from another school

Viewing grades in the study book

The study book table displays all of the student's grades from previous academic years.

• If the journal is locked, the grade is displayed in blue.
• Grades in a locked journals cannot be changed.

Click on the grade (blue link) to open a detailed view of the grade.

In the detailed view, you can see:

• the grade value
• the grade name
• the subject
• the course
• the related curriculum
• the academic year
• the author
• the event date

To change the grade, click Edit.

Grade adjustment (grade received at the same school)

1. Click Edit
2. Change if necessary:
   • curriculum
   • subject
   • course
3. academic year
4. Click Save

After saving, the grade will be displayed in the table in its new location.

Grades under the study book

These may include:

• grades for minor courses,
• language grades,
• grades for elective courses that are not specifically related to the student's curriculum (subjects from another field)
• grades from other previous schools.

It may happen that the connection with the subject is not indicated or does not correspond to the curriculum of the new school.

To link the grade:

1. Click Edit.
2. Select the appropriate:
   • subject
   • course
   • academic year
3. Click Save.

After saving, the grade will move to the correct table in the student's record book and be displayed in the correct place.
