Study book report card and grades in the table

The study book displays all of the student's grades for each academic year in a table.

How are grades displayed?

The status of the journal determines whether the grade can be changed.

  • Active journal  – the grade is black and cannot be changed in the student book. To make changes, open the grade from the journal.
  • Locked journal  – the grade is blue and can be changed.

To open the detailed view of the grade, click on the grade.

Good to know!

If a locked journal is reopened and then locked again, the grade becomes editable again.

Primary School Grade Report

The overview of grade reports is different in primary school and gymnasium. The form depends on the curriculum defined for the school.

In primary school, grade reports can be viewed in two ways:

  • by default, only annual grades (and exam grades) are displayed
  • A more detailed view by selecting the Show Term Grades button

To open a more detailed view of a grade, click on the grade itself.

High school Grade Report

The high school curriculum report card includes:

  • course grades
  • final grades
  • exam grades
  • state exam scores

Grades in a separate table in the student's record book

Grades not related to the school curriculum are displayed separately at the bottom of the student's study book.

These may include:

  • grades for minor courses,
  • language grades,
  • grades for elective courses that are not specifically related to the student's curriculum (subjects from another field)
  • grades from other previous schools.

It may happen that the connection with the subject is not specified or does not correspond to the curriculum of the new school.

Attention!

To place the grade in the correct location, you must select the subject and course associated with the grade.

Decisions

At the bottom of the report card is a list of the decisions made by the council.
