Study Book
The Study Book contains a student’s general data document.
You can find the following information in the Study Book:
- personal data
- academic results
- decisions made by the educational institution
- administrative orders
- data on leaving and graduating from school
The data in the study book can also be used to transfer grades and school-level grades.
Who has access to the Study Book?
Management
- Open the Decisions -> Study Book
- Study Book page will open
- The school management can see all the grades and can use search
Class teacher
- On home page you will find student gallery -> choose student
- Open Study Book from students profile
The class teacher can only see the students in their class(es).
Study book for students and parents
Students and parents can view the Study Book:
Student profile ➝ Study Book
It displays information about the schools where the student has studied.
Student search
The school management sees all students studying at the school, including those who have left or graduated.
Search by name
- Enter the student's first or last name
- The name must be exact
- Upper and lower case letters are not important
Search by personal identification code
- Enter the student's personal identification code
- The personal identification code must be exact
Contents of the study book by class level
The school management can also view the Study Book by class.
- Select a class from the menu on the left
- The Study Book view for the selected class will open
The following information will be displayed:
- Student's name
- Personal identification code
- Student number
- Status (active/inactive)
Each student's row contains:
- Open Study Book
- Open Profile
